Is this a real inspection?
No. It's an educated read on a single photo — useful for scoping, quoting and documenting, but it isn't a licensed inspection and it isn't a binding quote. You're the professional; this just makes sure nothing obvious gets missed.
What does it actually check?
Visible wear and damage, corrosion, components past their service life, and the related items that commonly get left off a quote and turn into a callback later. It only judges what's actually in the frame — it won't invent damage it can't see.
What happens to my photo?
It's analyzed to build your report and that's it. We don't store it, we don't sell it, and it never goes to anyone else.
What makes a good photo?
Decent light, and back up far enough to get the whole area in frame. Two or three angles beat one tight close-up. If there's a rating or data plate, get it legible — it changes the answer.
